Compress PDF files by quality level or target file size. Batch compress as many files as you need — all in your browser, nothing uploaded.
How this works: Browser-based PDF compression works by re-rendering each page as a compressed image and rebuilding the PDF. This reduces file size effectively — especially for scanned documents and image-heavy PDFs — but converts text and vector graphics to images in the output. For PDFs with lots of text, the result is still readable but text won't be selectable. For maximum compression of text-heavy PDFs, a desktop tool like Ghostscript is more suitable.
